How can businesses utilise it?

If you have Teams Calling enabled, we can simply apply the call recording functionality to your Microsoft Tenant via our skilled technical team. With calls being recorded you will have immediate access to recordings via a secure and dedicated portal as well as a mobile app for complete convenience.

Key use cases for customer service quality checks with scoring are available as well as the ability to use customised tags for follow ups and reporting. The premium version allows for the configuration of email notifications to be sent if a caller exhibits certain emotions or if a specific word, such as ‘manager’, is mentioned during a recorded call. Premium also offers full sentiment analysis and transcription which enables enhanced insights of conversations with the ability to immediately alert managers or administrators to negative or positive calls so they can take action.
