Chess’ updated terms and conditions will be effective from 1 September 2019 and can be found at here. The changes reflect the evolution of Chess’ product and service portfolio and aim to improve transparency of the products and services and how we deliver them.

Chess has revised its general terms and conditions and has introduced product specific terms and conditions. Chess’ contracts are now in three main parts to make it easier for our customers to follow and understand which terms apply to their contract.

The first part of the contract is the General Terms and Conditions which are general to all of Chess’ products and services. We also then have important information which also applies to all Chess’ products and services such are Chess’ Policies and Tariffs. The final part is the terms and conditions that are specific to the Chess Product or Service. These can be found in the Schedules numbered 3 and 4.
