Microsoft set the retail prices for their products and services, any price rises on these products will be notified in the usual way.
We continue to track our prices against all major competitors, including BT, O2, Vodafone, TalkTalk and remain competitive across all products and services. This ensures our customers across the UK can continue to work better together, protect their data and work from anywhere
Your new pricing will be reflected in any bills you receive after 31st January 2026. You can view, download and print your bill in the Customer Portal.
