Changes to Terms and Conditions
Chess has launched a Teams Direct Routing Service and has released service specific terms and conditions which are applicable to its customer contracts for this service, together with the General Conditions. The service specific terms are contained within Schedule 3.10.
Chess has also launched an Additional Support Service in relation to the Teams Direct Routing Service. Updates and additions have been made to Schedule 4.1 (Fault Management Connectivity) to reflect the Additional Support Service offering for this service.
Schedule 3.4 (Cloud Voice Services) has also been updated in relation to the Additional Support Service that Chess offers for these services. The updated Schedule 3.4 will apply to Chess’ existing customer contracts for this service with effect from 1 April 2021.
For contracts entered from the date of this notification, the terms and conditions referred to above will apply from the date of that contract. Schedule 3.4, 3.10, 4.1 and the General Conditions referred to above can be found HERE.
