Changes To Our Terms and Conditions And What They Mean For You

Did you know our Terms and Conditions are changing?

The charge incurred where a payment is made to Chess by credit card has been reduced from £5 or 3% of the payment value (whichever is greater) to 1.8% of the payment value.

In addition, Chess will continue to charge a non-Direct Debit fee of £5.50 where payment is not made by Direct Debit in accordance with clause 5.8 of Chess’ General Terms and Conditions.

We have also inserted some introductory wording to the document which explains how the General Terms and Conditions operate in conjunction with our product specific terms and conditions which have been introduced over the last 18 months as our product and service offering has expanded and diversified.
