Our Cultural Ambassadors are peer-nominated champions of culture, connection, and care. They drive meaningful initiatives, embody our values, and support new starters every step of the way—making Chess a place where people truly belong.
At Chess we have our Cultural Ambassadors. These selected people have been nominated by their fellow teammates, to focus on improving, emphasising cultural initiatives, along with being a supportive helping hand for their dedicated new starter that they care for throughout their journey at Chess
