Project Coordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to focus on the delivery 2025 Proactive Migrations

Location: Hybrid Working |    Business Area: Projects |    Salary: Up to £35k dependent on experience

Reporting into the Projects Team Leader, we are currently looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to focus on the delivery 2025 Proactive Migrations. They will be the first point of contact for customers and leading the way to ensure the delivery of this project within the set timescales.

The Role:

The PSTN and ISDN Big Switch Off is fast approaching. To prepare for this, we need to support our customers with the migration to an alternative solution by the end of December 2025. You will play a pivotal role in this project and be responsible for supporting customers through the migration journey from a technical perspective.

  • Engage with customers to help guide and support them through the migration
    process.
  • Be the first point of contract for customers for any 2025 related questions/queries.
  • Own all customer communication during the lifetime of the project.
  • Engaging with customers to help the do first line checks /fault finding.
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with customers both internally and externally to achieve project objectives.
  • Delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Maintaining and monitoring orders from start to finish.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders at a senior level
  • Organising, attending, and participating in meetings with customers/suppliers.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • To work with suppliers, when required, to escalate faults and take through to resolution.
  • Hitting a targeted driven number of migrations each month to ensure the project is delivered on time.

The Candidate:

  • Good understanding of all 2025 product set. This includes troubleshooting faults with broadband and phone lines as well as diagnosing issues with routers and firewalls.
  • Experience in managing large scale projects/migrations.
  • Basic understanding of the latest network technologies and protocols.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure and be able to communicate well at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mind-set with ability to think outside of the box.
  • Logical and objective approach with an attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills, able to set goals and prioritise actions.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to maintain performance under pressure and to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.

Package Details

Salary details: Up to £35k dependent on experience

Hours: A standard week is 37½ Monday to Friday

Working location: Hybrid working position

Allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK. Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
