From November 1st, 2025, Microsoft will remove volume-based pricing tiers for Online Services under Enterprise Agreements, MPSA, and OSPA. All organisations, regardless of size, will pay Level A pricing - the standard public rate.
This change affects services like Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and GitHub, and applies at renewal or when purchasing new services. On-premises software and Azure via EA remain unchanged.
For enterprises previously benefiting from Level B, C, or D pricing, this could mean cost increases of 6–12% or more - a shift that warrants strategic review.
