Yesterday evening TalkTalk Business LLU customers were unable to make outgoing calls.
This connectivity issue has now been resolved and engineers are investigating the cause.

Monday 3rd July 2017 | TalkTalk Business LLU Outgoing Calls
We have received reports that TalkTalk Business LLU customers across the country are currently unable to make outgoing calls.
An announcement “this service is not available, please contact your service provider” is being heard.
The full impact is being determined and the engineers are currently working on this.
Monday 3rd July 2017 | Non Geographical and Area Call Numbers
This morning, one of our network providers experienced a nationwide outage which resulted in some 08/03 non-geographical and area call numbers experiencing connectivity issues.
This may have meant that you were unable to contact us, and you may have experienced a short period of downtime and been unable to receive calls.
The issue has now been resolved and the network is back up and running.
