When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Cactus Business Solutions suddenly needed to be able to rely on i-Bill’s flexibility as a billing system that could be managed online from anywhere.

The Solution
While the company, like many others, adapted to remote working, i-Bill’s web-portal based solution meant that billing operations could continue without any disruption. Different levels of permission-based user access allowed different users to access the system to do their jobs from wherever they happened to be working.
Most importantly, even as the communications services with which the i-Bill system interfaced during the pandemic were also impacted, the billing solution continued to operate seamlessly and faultlessly, offering the same levels of performance and reporting.
The Outcome
Since the i-Bill solution and support sailed seamlessly and uninterrupted through both an acquisition and a global pandemic, Cactus Business Solutions see no reason to seek an alternate billing provider.
