Last Thursday, we attended the Best Companies 2023 National Awards Dinner in London. It was a fantastic occasion and we were wowed by another great set of results! We do not encourage overtime as this is a sign that we're under-resourced and we keep track of holidays to ensure our people are taking time off work.   • Our Culture –leadership plays a crucial role in building and maintaining our culture, but we share the responsibility for this with all of our people. Grace Ingham is Head of People Support at Chess and she's been with the business for over 12 years. In her role, she is responsible for performance management, payroll and benefits.
