Customer Portal - Administrator Tips

 

5 Simple Steps to Managing Users
  1. On the home screen, select Account then Manage Contacts
  2. From the grid of contacts, edit a record by clicking on the pen/notepad icon shown on the left-hand side of the page
  3. The next page shows Customer Portal Permissions - you will see a selection of areas to validate an account, unblock or block an account
  4. Click on the boxes to select or unselect the choices you want to make
  5. Once you've made your selections click Save Contact

Once you have logged your ticket, we will respond within 24 hours or your Service Level Agreement, whichever is quicker.
