Call Diverts

If you're planning some time away from your business over the festive period, you may want to let your customers know by adding a divert or call greeting to your phone systems. 

Please send your request by logging a ticket on the Customer Portal by Friday 11 December 2020

Festive Opening Times

In case you need our help over the festive season.

Our lines will remain open for customers with a 24 hour fault support contract. 

November Service Performance 

Each month we review our service targets and in over 96% of cases, we meet or exceed our Service Level Agreement. 

We answer calls for payments, urgent faults, sales and Customer Portal help. During busy periods call waiting times can increase and for this reason we encourage customers to submit their query as a ticket on the Customer Portal, this is the quickest way to get a query resolved.

Customer Service
For general queries or to report a non-urgent fault, please log a ticket on our customer portal using the email address associated with your account. Logging a ticket is quick and easy to do. Once you have logged your ticket, we will respond within 24 hours or your Service Level Agreement, whichever is quicker.
