Connectivity has underpinned the “new normal” and we have offered our customers a range of secure and fast connectivity solutions.
We have delivered a range of large scale wide area networks for larger clients and recently launched new FTTP and SOGEA products which will power connectivity for most of us over the next 5 years.
Remote working has been transformative in many ways, but those customers who have really embraced the power of collaborative working have seen improved performance, increased innovation and are starting to see this translate into growth.
We have helped our customers by designing innovative, online platforms to help them engage better with their customers, embrace diversity and transform their businesses.
Cost reduction is never more important than in a major economic crisis and we have helped many of our customers reorganise their businesses. Reducing complexity and duplication around voice and data solutions, reducing the requirement for office space, improving efficiency of people by using more online tools have all helped keep costs down.
