BT Price Increase

From the 1 May 2016, BT are increasing their line rental and broadband prices for business customers by an average of 6%

In line with these changes Chess will also be increasing some of our prices, but we’ve kept them as low as possible and some customers will see no price rise at all.

In addition to this we will be keeping all call charges, on all tariffs, exactly the same.

Customer Service
For general queries or to report a non-urgent fault, please log a ticket on our customer portal using the email address associated with your account. Logging a ticket is quick and easy to do.
