From 1st April 2014 - BT Openreach increase engineer call our charges

From 1^st April 2014 our line assurance charges have increased to come in line with the fees applied by BT Openreach for their engineer call out charges.

Engineer charges cost between £145 and £205 depending on day of the week. Each additional hour of work carried out by the engineers are charged at between £60 and £120. Our new pricing is as follows, Single Analogue £1.99, Multi Analogue £3.99, ISDN2 £3.99, ISDN30 £5.99.With this protection Chess covers the cost of BT Openreach call out charges, giving you piece of mind at an incredibly reasonable price.
