Managed Security Team
Supporting you with incident management and investigations of your Sophos XG firewalls.
Automated Reporting
Access to automated and on-demand reporting regarding firewall activity, alerts, and blocked threats.
Hardware Support
Hardware Support Services provides full incident lifecycle around hardware break/fix supporting hardware that is under original manufacturer warranty.
Security Consultations
Up to one-hour session with a Security Engineer every quarter to recap latest threats and make relevant configuration adjustments if required.
Elective Change Management
Our Managed Security Team will manage all aspects of firewall configuration including secure rule base, web content settings, web application protection and end user VPN authentication. Capped at 5 changes per month. Custom scoped will be charged separately.
Firewall Patch Management
Chess Managed Security Team will pro-actively patch your Sophos XG firewall in response to threats or vulnerabilities, and perform minor version upgrades every quarter. Custom scoped version upgrades will be charged separately.
Satellite Office/ RED Device
If a satellite office secured by a Remote Ethernet Device (‘RED’) is deployed, this will be included in the service at an additional cost of £60* per RED Device.
