Line Assurance

Chess Line Assurance protects customers against call out charges
and outages caused by faults on Telephone lines and broadband services.

Line Assurance: helping you stay connected to your customers

We have never been more dependent on our telephone lines than we are now. Face-to-face communication is becoming less frequent, and any loss of service can cost thousands of pounds in lost time and business. Worse, many small businesses have their broadband service on the same line as their voice, so losing one can completely hinder your business.

However, many of us still don’t have any real disaster recovery plans in place. We have little idea what we might do if the service goes down or how much it might cost to reconnect, or how long it might take. Line assurance gives you the peace of mind to know that, if a fault happens, you have someone to help.

As an additional benefit, we will also provide you with a free installation of the latest full-fibre products and services when they become available in your area, even if you don’t have your broadband with us. Allowing you to take full advantage of the extra speed and reliability these products will provide without worrying about install fees.
