The UK will be joining over 140 countries to help promote a safer and a better internet for all. Business supporters include Microsoft, Vodafone and Lloyds Banking Group, with organisations from Premier League Football Clubs to unions joining schools and charities in the roll call of supporters.

Although aimed particularly at young students, parents and educators, this year’s theme - how consent works in an online context - is one which resonates loudly across the online community. The campaign asks young people how they ask, give, and receive consent online - whether in their friendships or relationships, how they take and share images and videos or how they manage their privacy and data.
