Organisations which have taken part in previous Learning at Work Week initiatives have reported a wide range of benefits.

At Chess, we believe that by equipping our people with the tools they need to do their job to the best of their ability, we are making a commitment to our customers, striving to put them at the core of everything we do.

From apprenticeship programmes to leadership programmes, technical accreditations to cyber awareness, there are training and development opportunities for all Chess people, whatever stage of career they're at.

During an average month, 400 hours of training and coaching is delivered to Chess people across seven sites, by both in-house and external training teams, including dedicated sessions from our vendor partners. With online access to a bespoke Learning Management System, Chess people are able to plan and manage their own knowledge pathways.

We're currently recruiting, so check out our careers page, and discover why at Chess, every week is a learning at work week.
