9.30    This issue has now been resolved, all services should be restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

16.30   We are continuing to monitor small pockets of disruption. The service has resumed for the majority of users.

14.30   The service has resumed for the majority of users. There may still be small pockets of disruption, this continues to be resolved. 

11.00   We are aware the service has not fully resumed to normal. We will continue to update you. 

10.00   Our specialists report that the fault has been fixed and services should be resuming to normal.  

09.30   We are aware of an issue affecting some services on Cloud PBX. Our specialists are working on a solution and we expect the system will be fully functioning shortly.  

 This disruption is affecting customers who regularly use the menu on the phone/device to:

  • Log their extension in to or out of the device.
  • Set / change call forwarding settings.
  • Set / change call or phone settings.
