Kerri Lendon is the Customer Service Director and she has been with the business for more than 20 years. Building strong relationships with the mobile networks, O2, EE and Vodafone, allows the support of our Distribution business to work closely and effectively to support our Partners and their customers. A focus within this area is the Customer Satisfaction Index, which Kerri successfully lead us to achieve for two consecutive years. Kerri strives to deliver an ease of transaction for Partners, through working with our Partner Support team, updating and improving systems and processes continually. Anita Wosket was promoted to Head of Partner Sales last year. Her main focus is Channel Sales and The Channel Partner Growth Strategy. With vast knowledge of the telecommunications industry and more than 10 years of experience in multiple roles across the sector, she can support your business growth.
