From 1 January 2018 , some of our prices are changing, as we improve our service to you.
From the 1 May 2016, BT are increasing their line rental and broadband prices for business customers by an average of 6%
From 1st February 2016 we have now included the line rental increase within our bundles raising the average price by 5%. To ensure you get the best possible value we have also increased the call allowances of all bundles by 10%.
From the 1st of July 2015 BT are increasing their line rental prices to business customers by an average of 5%, in line with these changes Chess will also be increasing our prices for line rental.
From the 1st July 2015 Ofcom are making a number of important changes to the way you are charged for calling 08, 09 and 118 Non Geographic numbers (NGN’s).
Chess is committed to reducing its impact on the environment and promoting green services such as e-billing.
From 1st January 2015 our Fraud Monitor charge has increased to £3.99 per account plus £0.59 per channel.
In January 2014 BT increased prices to business customers for the second time in 13 months during which time Chess’ prices have remained unchanged.
From the 1st of August 2014 BT increased call, line rental, broadband, care level and bundle charges to business customers by an average of 5% making the saving between Chess and BT even bigger!
From 1st April 2014 our line assurance charges have increased to come in line with the fees applied by BT Openreach for their engineer call out charges.
