Environmental

Over the last two years, Chess has made huge steps in reducing its carbon footprint. One of the biggest successes has been the move to Home First where over 95% of our people work from home. The move to Home First and Hybrid Working has allowed us to significantly reduce our office space and has almost eliminated the daily commute to work.

ESG Social

Social

We expect our people to be fair, inclusive and treat others as they would wish to be treated, showing respect for differences in race, ethnic origin, religion, faith, marital status, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, social and educational background, creating a culture where all forms of diversity are valued.

Governance
